These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the website and services provided by Parra Remodeling & Home Services, a DBA of Parra Handyman Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide remodeling and home services, including the work described on this website. The specific scope, price, and timeline for any project are set out in the written estimate or work order we provide and agree on with you.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and the scope agreed with you. If conditions change or additional work is requested, we will discuss any changes with you before proceeding. Deposits, if required, will be stated in your estimate or work order.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your estimate or invoice. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of work.

Text messages

We send text messages only about work you have asked us to do. These are transactional messages: portal sign-in codes, new quotes, invoices, progress updates on your project, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we never sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

You consent to receive these messages in one of two ways: by checking the text-message box on our estimate request form, or by giving us your mobile number and agreeing verbally when you request an estimate or sign a service agreement. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can decline texts and still work with us.

Message frequency varies with the activity on your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to remove your number at any time by emailing [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Workmanship

We stand behind our work and will perform services in a professional manner. Any warranty on labor or materials will be described in your work order or invoice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
